Terms Of Services

Student Agreement with Beacon Quran Tuitions

Before commencing your regular classes, you are required to adhere to the following terms and conditions, which may be subject to future revisions.

At Beacon Quran Tuition, we are committed to providing you with the best possible services (Insha’Allah). However, please note that we may not assign the same teacher for the entire duration of your course. Our tutors are contracted for specific periods, and any desire to leave the Institute should not be solely based on the assigned teacher.

We strictly prohibit parents/students from seeking the services of current or former eQuranTuition tutors independently and making direct payments to them for their services, outside the equrantuition.com platform. Occasionally, teachers may contact students through personal channels outside the Institute, resulting in financial losses for the Institute.

In the event that any teacher offers you their services outside the Institute, you are obligated to decline their offer and promptly inform the Institute through official email or the provided contact numbers. All students are considered the property of equrantuition.com during the course period.

Parents/Students must directly communicate with the admin via WhatsApp, Skype, or our support numbers for any issues related to payments or the learning process. Teachers are exclusively hired to teach the subject matter.

If your regular teacher is unavailable due to absence, we will assign a substitute teacher for your classes.

If your progress is unsatisfactory for any reason, we may assign a different teacher to your classes to facilitate better progress.

Changes to your class timing can be accommodated upon your request, provided that the same teacher has another class available at your requested time. In such cases, we will assign you another teacher for the same time slot.

If you have paid for a month but fail to attend any classes without prior notice, the payment cannot be refunded or carried over for future classes. Our teachers’ schedules are based on your reserved time slots.

Monthly payments will be collected in advance through recurring billing, with the billing period starting from your joining date.

After the trial classes, if you decide to discontinue your classes within the first month for any reason, we will refund 100% of the payment for that month.

Parents/Students must provide one-month advance notice before leaving the Institute, allowing us to adjust the schedule and accommodate alternative students to maintain teacher job stability.

If you plan to go on vacation for a period of less than one month, we will charge you according to your package plan to reserve your time slots for future classes.

Makeup classes are subject to availability and must be requested no later than 3 hours before your scheduled class time, provided you have a valid reason, such as prior commitments.

Please note that makeup classes will not be offered for public holidays, such as Eid.

In the rare event of electricity or internet disruptions, or any internal issues, alternative makeup classes may not be available.

Substitute teachers may conduct test classes to assess your progress.

Any appreciation money collected from you, such as at the completion of your holy Quran for the first time or during Islamic events like Eid, is distributed among the entire team, as it represents a collective effort beyond the individual teacher.

We have established these straightforward and accessible conditions for online classes to ensure a smooth experience for all. By enrolling in our classes, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
